Jackowitz & Company was founded in 2001 with the charter of providing a higher level of service and a more successful search result than what was typically seen in the executive recruitment industry.
The founders of our firm are former senior principals at an executive search firm owned by Fidelity Investments. At that firm, they recruited senior level managers and executives not only for the parent company, but also for several other companies within the Financial Services industry.
Since the formation of the firm, Jackowitz & Company has grown its Financial Services practice to include all sectors of the industry including Investment Management, Brokerage, Wealth Management, Insurance, Commercial and Retail Banking and Private Equity. We successfully conduct executive searches for some of most respected names in the industry.
In addition to its deep Financial Services practice, Jackowitz & Company has established practices in the Information Technology, Life Science/Healthcare and Business / Professional Services industries, providing the same level of service and results to these clients.
Jackowitz & Company recruits at three levels: the business head level (CEOs, Presidents and General Managers), the functional head level (C-Suite), and those reporting into the functional heads. We recruit across all business functions.
