Research Report – JCo. creates for each project specialized research to identify appropriate individuals and interesting companies for that particular search assignment. Fresh, current, and unique to our client’s needs, our research serves as the cornerstone of our recruitment process. |

Candidate Development – JCo. identifies, develops and assesses prospective candidates who satisfy our clients’ requirements. After initial telephone “screens,” we interview the most appropriate candidates face-to-face for final assessment and appropriateness for the role. |

Candidate Profiles – JCo. prepares detailed reports on those individuals who should be interviewed by our client. Each thorough and specialized report contains the candidate’s career background and compensation history as well as JCo.’s assessment of the candidate relative to both the client’s requirements and other candidates’ credentials. |

While our client is interviewing candidates, we continue our efforts in both Research and Candidate Development, resulting in additional candidates to be interviewed by us and presented to the client. JCo. continues Research and Candidate Development efforts until the search is solved. |

Search Closure – JCo. serves as the point of primary contact for all candidates in process, including scheduling, reference checking, presentation of the offer to the final candidate, negotiation of the offer, and the final acceptance from the candidate. |
